Will someone take action to ensure Chambers receives protect

Postby sturtpeter » Sun May 04, 2008 8:33 pm

I am tired to death of seing the SANFL's best FF totally unfairly played against.

Will this ensure a new interpretation or will the current panel be more assertive?

you have just proved you are an idiot, he gets frees sometimes & other times he gives them away, his problem is when he gives them away HE mouths off & gives away 25 metre penalties & is the worst offender at doing this in the league
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Pete, the best full forward in the State is actually not playing much at full forward any more due to the constant attention which he received - Daniel Schell. He proved today just how good a forward he is by kicking four goals in fifteen minutes when moved to the forward line in the third quarter. Full forwards unfortunately just have to deal with the attention they receive.

Wedgie and Chrissy!

He gets crucified week in week out.

A now retired SANFL player allegedly provoked him at Oval Avenue two years ago.

I think Brant's the best thing since sliced bread.

P.S.

Daniel's a mate of mine.

Why don't the Doggies reward him with an offensive role?

Pete, all forwards seem to be crucified each week. I don't think that Brant is an orphan in that regard. That is all I am saying.

Schell asked to move down back, for career longevity.
If he had stayed in the forward line at the start of 2007 he'ds be a spent force by now.

It's well known we structure our game around a solid back 6. He is missed when he moves up forward, but his effort in the third quarter today was worth the price of admission. I like McConnell too, he's a great goal sneek, and gets under the guard well... ST...

Pete, as Snappy said Schelly does not want to play up forward. It was his call and he was fed up with being constantly 'attended to' just in the way you say Brant is.

WTF ? In the games I've seen Chambo (v Glenelg) he's usually kicked a few, Sammy has had him under control though, and yep...he's given a few frees away, yapped at the Umpire & thanks mate that'll be 25...

Just to think if his old man used protection...there would be no Chambo
