how many more wins do south need to make the finals ?

well that's my question how many more wins would south need to make the finals ? i'm thinking 8 of the last 17 all of a sudden it looks very gettable
personally i don't think they will as they haven't any depth
what do you think ?

Nice try Bayman...... but not really thinking about finals. We've won 3 on the trot, and been lucky, sooner or later our luck will run out. Depth if we run into injuries is a major concern. Seeing that we only won 4 games last year, 3 from 3 is pretty f-- sensational though.

South have shown that they are a vastly improved side despite everyone picking them for the spoon. You always need luck re injuries so if that goes South's way I can see them playing finals if they play like they have so far. 3-0 is a great start.

I don't think it'll be too long before South tastes defeat again. actually this week by plenty & yes i've said that pteviously & i had egg on me face but South are on a high & have caught some sides off guard playing some good footy with passion.
What will be interesting is when they lose, how they'll cope with it.
Then will we see the old South?

they will need 10 or 11 wins to make the finals so there almost half way there. Wold think they would have to be really really bad from now on to miss the top 5.

Balderdash. Agree that 11 games would ensure finals, but South (or Sturt for that matter) could still miss the finals without being "really really bad". Consider that the difference between top and 6th is only 2 games at this point.
I'll say this - they'd have to be really really bad to take out the wooden spoon from this point.

Agree south won't make the finals. I reckon port has a far better list once they all get out there park on the.
