Jumpers don't look too bad in the pics but I and others thought that when the play was on they actually look like a dark blue Eagles on their guernsey.

It is awesome to get a look at what happened just today even though I am thousands of miles away. I love the crowd shots, it gives a feel of the atmosphere. Looks pretty packed on the grand stand side. The red of the North supporters stands out but there looks to be a lot of blue there as well. What would people make the crowd proportions as? 50/50?

As for the guernseys, I reckon they make us look like transformers or something of the like. I don't mind the socks either. The combination as a whole seems to say "We are here to thump you!" Sturt look powerful in those guernseys IMO.

Apparently the bluebirds are going to follow suit and wear this next round.

I can just see it now, Rick Mac and the board sitting around discussing the idea of an away jumper, when someone stands up, thumps the table and says,
"Damn-it, we need to look like Transformers! Transformers I say! Anybody hearing this?..I want Transformers!! You!.. in the corner, you can draw, draw me up a jumper that'll make us look like Transformers..and not just any Transformer, I want us to look like really cool Transformers, Transformers that look like they're going to thump you!
