Thanks Phil :D Great getting all our games covered but must feel a bit sorry for the South supporters...can't they broadcast radio from their ground ? :(

They can; I guess that's the way the allocation just happened to be. I was wondering with the new development happening there if that included a good spot for TV/Radio to broadcast from. I'm not sure where Radio does commentary from there - I can only think of in the grandstand as a decent spot.

When do Centrals get a TV game ????

I know ANZAC Day is coming up but that doesn't really count because even it was on a Tuesday or Wednesday they'd still show it ???

I know the allocated TV games are pre selected 4 weeks in advance (I think) but I look forward to a Saturday arvo TV game of the Doggies...

Well given the only side you play on a Saturday afternoon in that time frame is West there's not much chance.
Its not the ABCs fault that the Dogs want to play Saturday evening matches.

Any club that doesn't elect to play its home matches on a Saturday afternoon has no right to whinge when it comes to TV games.

totally gutted by that allocation....although I am probably the only sad Panther supporter who gets up at 5am on a weekend to listen to matches. The one game they do have on the radio is when I am at work :-(

It is far too stressful listening to other games and getting crosses....would much rather it live. Would happily swap a TV game or two for a radio broadcast, but as I said, am probably the only person in the world in this position so will have to live with it! :? :?

Whats up with Round 7 - no TV bradcast???

One would think it'd have to be Bays v North if they do broadcast
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

C'mon now Wedgie,

It's not really a whinge, I knew these facts before hand. I think it's great that there seems to be a resonably consistant share of MOST teams getting TV covergae. I'm sure as the season progresses, this will come into fruition even more so...

Plus, I don't have too long to wait until our ANZAC Day clash is on the box hey Wedgie...

We'll have to catch up for a beer maybe, be good to introduce ourselves... ???

Hooray!!!

Back to teh 80s rivalry rd, time to break out the stone wash jeans, zip up shoes, CHOOSE LIFE T-shirts and if rumours are correct the club is trying to get Peter Couples to sing the national anthem before the game....

It's funny how things work themselves out, sort of. I was a bit critical of ABC's game selection in R2 but as it turned out they picked the game of the round spot on. Also think there's alot of credibility for the Prospect game being televised today, both are finalists and the link between the clubs concerning player movement is something that promises a bit of a rivalry and spirit in the clash, but maybe I'm not looking at the bigger picture. Anyway as it turns out Sturt's first TV game, against South, could be played for top spot if both teams can get a win today, now who would've thought that at the start of the season.
