well last year i offered $100.00 to the first player to kick a drop kick in a league match, this year i'll make it $150.00 & see if we can get a player to at least for one day bring back 'the droppy' i do have 4 stipulations

1, must be during a league game (not warm ups), also not from a free kick after the siren when a player is too far out to score so he just does a drop kick

2, must be the tv game so we can see it so there is no dispute whether it did or didn't happen

3, the kick must be at least 25 metres out from goal (in other words not running into an open goal 2 metres out type of thing)

4, the player can not be a registered afl player

if anyone wants to add to it now or as the season unfolds feel free but none of that garbage that we got last year eg 'a bottle of murray river water'

All games are on camera, does it have to be an ABC game or will one of the others suffice if a DVD of the event is provided?

You can always buy the game from Pine Lodge Studios to verify, probably worth the $20 just to see the droppy

ok, i said tv game so we can see it, if it happens at the non tv games & we can see it on a dvd clearly that's fine as well

what i really meant wedgie is i didn't want to hear that player x kicked a droppy & no one knows about it not sure if it was a droppy or not etc

i'll add another stipulation, if a player is tackled & in the tackle he kicks the ball after it touches the ground it will be deemed not a drop kick (as it should be holding the ball)

bottom line wedgie, yes video/dvd evidence is sufficient

ps not footage from 30 years ago (give or take) is acceptable

I would add $50.00 if i saw Rucci getting kicked or even a slap would do.
