Nope.
Cahill might have walked on water at Port, but his record as coach of other teams (Port Power, Collingwood, West Adelaide, SA SOO and SANFL teams) is lacklustre.
He deserves to be mentioned in the same sentence as Kerley and Oatey, but only in a specific comparative context, i.e. "John Cahill, unlike Kerley and Oatey, failed to achieve success at more than one club".
Kerley and Oatey both had success at multiple clubs, therefore Kerley & Oatey >> Cahill.
