Whilst there check out Tom Couch's latest article. Extremely intersting to get the perspective of a youngster coming to the SANFL from the VFL as regards the atmosphere of our competition. I thought young Tom's comments very interesting given the football family he is from.

Season tickets still great value at just $120 but if you prefer the home match ticket then you have til friday week to get yours for full value - membership and 10 games commencing on saturday week when we take on the Magpies at Woodville Oval for just $85 saving $41 with concession just $42.50.

Tonight in my other role as a commissioner on the Amateur League tribunal I attended the lauch of the SAAFL season. Whenever your team has a bye why not go to a local amateur game. With out these clubs the SANFL is in trouble so they deserve all football fans support. Congratulations to the Merit award winners tonight including the volunteer lady at Houghton who has run the BBQ for 25 years! and to the many others recognised.

Tomorrow night (Thursday) is the members draw at the club - be there to win the jackpot - drawn around 7:00/7:15/7:30pm every Thursday.

Couch's comments I read them and was very interested in what he said re the atmosphere and crowd .Wait until he sits in the stands at woodville oval and hears LEH go off.

As I didnt win the member's draw tonight and neither did any-one else it jackpots to $450 next thursday - be there to claim the jackpot!
