I rank Wedgie as Number 1 at the Roosters
I rank myself below his ranking.

I also admire what Wedgie does at Roosterland BUT hes not a born and bred Rooster.
Just someone that saw the light and was smart enough to dump Norwood before it was too late.

I don' think you can just look at Wedgie as being just a Rooster fan, yes he supports them, breathes their air, but however, look at the overall picture what this guy does for the SANFL, runs this site, gives up hours of his own time to do it, as well as going to a hell of alot of functions taking pics, etc, yep IMHO he is the most passionate supporter but not of the NAFC but of the SANFL in general

What a bloody silly question
Just because some people don't constantly shout their teams name from the rooftops doesn't mean that they aren't just as passonate as those that do. Everyones a passionate supporter in their own way.

JAS

For the most passionate supporter look in the back rooms for the unpaid club official that has been around for over 30 years through good & bad.
Every club has several and they are the ones I rate.
Wedgie efforts to raise the SANFL image and generate interest also rates highly with me

If Im the most passionate then the SANFL is in trouble.
Ive lost a bit of passion in recent years, truthfully I enjoy the footy more when my team stinks.
And there's plenty of Rooster fans who will travel to Elizabeth and I dont usually so they must be more passionate than me. (mind you I do travel to Darwin and Canberra)
I have more passion for World of Warcraft these days and play that a lot more than I hang out in here or on the Roost.
My vote goes to Bayman, the amount of games he goes to is phenomenal.

Passion and dedication could be confused.I think any one when asked "Who do you follow?" say "North" "Norwood" "The Pies" etc is just as possionate as the next.
Those who say "Sydney and North" or "South and Carlton" follow just behind.

Actually I change my vote, JohnTheClaret gets it for travelling from the UK to see a match, now that's passion!

I think the unpaid support staff who give all their time and energy to get all the equipment ready, do the rub downs, go to training, cook the BBQ's, clean the mud off the boots, cheerleaders who volunteer their time while getting all sorts of comments, Other people doing fundraising for the club.......list goes on and on!!!
There my most passionate supporters

Every club from Westies to Walkerville has their group of passionate supporters. Just as well or we would have no football clubs at all.
I myself am very passionate about Norwood because I was born and bred Norwood and lived and breathed Norwood ever since.
Just can not get as passionate about AFL...good example was in 1997 when the Crows went top I was quite pleased. A week later when the Redlegs thumped Port in the GF I was ecstatic !

I barely missed a Norwood game between age 13 and 23, then I graduated and started working, including being on call weekends, and have been to 2 matches and 3 trial games since.

But I keep checking the scores.
