Rumours in the hot winds from the North that Chris Ladhams isn't enjoying pre-season, ("too hard" was the quote) and may be retiring from league footy?

Just a rumour, may be 100% wrong, as always.


Edit, was going to add this to the ins and outs rumours with discussions thread but couldn't find it. And I certainly wouldn't post it on the "no discussions" thread.

There are other rumours doing the rounds about Chris Ladhams and whether he is going to play this year or not. One other concerns an altercation with another senior player on the recent Strathalbyn camp. Hope none of them are true and are only just rumours and not fact.

well wasn't there a 'discussion' at a certain hotel after their grand final loss last year ?

i actually thought he had retired along with bamford & co, but either way, if your not happy get out as it wont help the club

I was told by intersted observer of one of Norths training sessions that Ladhams was clearly overweight and not training anywhere near 100%.
The bloke who told me knows what hes talking about and played over 250 league games himself.

With weatherley retiring,if Ladhams retired

Norths would have plenty of cash to chaes B French and get one back on Sturts

More trouble at that pre season camp ?
I heard first hand about what happened last year and it was a disgrace...the person who told me has since left the club.
No place for booze at a pre season camp.

Yep, he's still at North, was even in attendance at the AGM last week and has lost 3 kilos since last year.

Gee, Ladhams said he was always gonna come up here at Moonta to finish his footy, cause all his family live here and his dad was the coach last year, but he is only 26 or so, we dont want him up here yet, should be at the cocks for another 5 plus years !

And surely we cant loose any more experieced players, already lost half the bloody team !
