It was impossible to read from most of the ground and useless with on scores from other grounds.
North have had an electronic time clock for a few years also and that too is nigh on useless.

The Thebby one was hardly a scoreboard, looked like it was pulled in from the SOuth Road roadworks!

Calling the Eagles v West game a few years back everytime I wanted to read out the score it said "WELCOME TO CITY OF WEST TORRENS"
The other "mini league" size board on the wing just had goals and behinds with NOT TOTAL meaning I had to suddenly remember my six times tables in a hurry.

Maybe the sanfl should look into this. It might make for a more even competition.

Was Clapper the Norwood supporter doing it. He always does it when the unders are playing at Norwood.

So no more ransom note jokes about the scoreboard then
I hope the electronic scoreboard at Broadspectrum works better than the electronic clock there.

Well, perhaps he thought it was the Central v Norwood game at the Ponderosa last year. It did feel like we were scoring at both ends at once.
