Once again hard, but here goes:
1) Ben Hart (North)
2) Dean Howard (North)
3) Kieren McGuinnes (Norwood)
4) Nathan Grima (CD)
5) Paul Lindsay (WWT)
6) Ben Moore (Glg)
7) David Mitchell (Glg)
8) Brad Ebert (Port)
9) Rhys Archard (South)
10) Stephen Kenna (South)
Could have easily have slotted the following to any of the above slots too:
Tim Inkster (WWT)
Steven Hall (WWT)
Matthew Cooper (WWT)
Jeff Smith (Glg)
Scott Bamford (North)
Michael Wundke (North)
Stephen Bailey (Norwood)
Darren Pfeiffer (Norwood)
A Wonaeamirri (Norwood)
Brent LeCras (Port)
Levi Greenwood (Port)
Julian Wait (Port)
Jared Poulton (Port)
David Clarke (South)
Marty Mattner (Sturt)

The only two Id have in the top 10 would be Wakelin andalso Jeff Smith from the Bays would certainly be more missed than Mitchell

Agreed, beat the Magarey Medalist in the Roost Player of the Year missing a lot of games showing how valuable he was. Not to mention his mentoring and coaching role.

The onfield leadership is where he will be missed the most as well as the rest !!!
You can not teach what he does on the field for leadership !!!

I would also put Charles Slattery up there - a true gun of a player!
Cheers

so he was injured when playing in the ressies?
considering his small contribution last year and us doing well I think that proves he won be much of a loss?

Well I disagree. Smith was to my mind the most improved player of 2007, but I still rate Mitch higher. Nobody could match his big booming kick.

Agreed, must admit Ive seen a lot of Glenelg games but Smith never overly impressed me.
Anyway, we're talking about my opinion, time for others to put up their opinions.
