We can work it out surely?? The rooms are allocated alphabetically i.e the team closest to A always get the Southern rooms...

Glenelg always gets/got the southern rooms except when they play the Eagles and Centrals.

Work out the 19s, 2s and 1s premiers since they all started playing on teh one day and you can work it out.

when we went back to back Norwood came out of our tunnel both times as they were playing Woodville and they won both IIRC. So I think plenty of times there would have been two teams from teh same tunnel winning

They have only been playing on the same day (19s, Res, League) from 2005.

So neither of those two years had the winners coming from the same race.

i.e.

2005
League - A Central B Eagles
Reserves - B North A Glenelg
19s - A North B West

2006
League - B Eagles A Central
Reserves - A North B Norwood
19s - A Port B West

Well that one has me stuffed, doesn't G for Glenelg come before W for Woodville-West Torrens?

Thats what I thought too but then I worked out it must be becasue to save bias towards WT or Wood they must have gone by "Eagles"

Genelg could be "R" then for "Row Row Row" from the Broadway musical Ziegfield Follies, considering that's the origin of your song. Or maybe "M" for musical.

The snouts played it in the carpark before the Ressies game. As I was walking to go into the members, was stopped by a group having a bbq (all eagles ) and they said they actually preferred that song to Tigerland ! That wasn't you was it ?
