I'd given up going when BRBRPB pulled us out but I'll be in it for sure, PM on the way!

Can I just let anyone who may be considering going that it's one awesome night, I went last year and to be in the lobby having pre dinner drinks with Ken Eustice, Barrie Robran, Russell Ebert, etc walking past you is an absolute incredible feeling.
$120 is incredibly cheap for the sort of night it is, come on people, let's make a night out of it, you won't regret it.

PS Blues Boy, if it comes down close to getting a table together, put me down for 2.

Both acknowledged each others presence
Wedgie yells out
" HEY BARRIE HOW ABOUT AN AUTOGRAPH ?"

I can definitely vouch for it being a good night. Once went as a guest - one of the years Wedgie's mate ANJ won it - had a fantastic night.

Btw, does anyone know why they are holding the Magarey three days before the GF? Am wondering about the pressure that will place on the winner if they happen to come from either of the GF combatants?

Because it suited Channel 9 as it could fill the vacant Footy Show slot for a week. Noone else would telecast it so the SANFL had to go with it.

Although I would love to see a Doggy win it, it may be a good thing if they don't, given the GF is two and a half days later.

An oldie but a goodie. I did hear Barrie did get his much sort after autograph.

We have had to cancel the table sorry to the people who were gonna go - maybe next year !!!
