Seriously 8 games and if, what has been intimated is true, the board has started meddling in the football affairs, as a South supporter I would be pretty peeved.

Crikey even at Glenelg we wait until August. We did it in June once but the board got told pretty quick to think again.

How can one man turn around a club in five month with the cattle South have got (based on posts by South supporters on this site) is beyond me.

Have the players been speaking behind closed doors again to board members that it is too hard?

As an outsider one could almost think that people in high places at South don't really want success.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

We don't want you either.

(Unless you play @ the Bay, called the Glenelg Tigers, and wear Black and Gold Jumpers sponsored by Gliderol)

I'm sure we could find a spot in defence for Gerard Bennett.

What about Jack's hand picked team of assistants, brought in from other SANFL clubs, replacing the loyal but possibly not good enough incumbents?

Crikey.

The bloke who presses the "SNAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRLLLLLL" button may end up as team manager or chairman of selectors or something.

Not sure what to say at the moment, more than anything I want to know Jack's reasons for why he has quit. My greatest fear is that the old chestnut is back of the players not supporting the coach and the board backing the players which seems to happen over and over again at South.

Still it seems awfully early in the season for that to have been the case though, so all I can do is wait until I get some concrete information.

I feel angry at the moment, so wont comment further as I dont want to say something I will regret later.
