BP - are you going to do a pre-season show on the Amateur Footy League one night?

Any danger of someone from RPH giving us some sort of forecast as to when we might be able to listen to the show again. Losing my one SANFL based radio show wasn't exactly what I'd expected when I donated to the move.

Would be good listening instead of the gossip on here (of which I admit I am as bad as anyone)

Maybe in March, with ins and outs and a few predictions

Just a suggestion Phil - no hidden agenda

Good show tonight by Darryl and Chris, well done boys...

Good to hear Phil Herden on plugging the Superbowl (and explaining the complicated rules and plays of the game) and Grant Coffee giving the Camden Classic (athletics meet) a plug as well.

Interesting to hear Ronnie Fuller talk about his sqaud for the season ahead. Confirming that Rhett Biglands won't be pulling on the boots in the SANFL this season, Fireman Fuller spoke about hoping young Power lised Jarred Redden will step up and play some good league footy as well as a couple of "local" recruits from Henley and Clare to help Dabrowski in ruck.

I can't remember the 2 boys names but Ron said they are more versatile KPP who pinch hit in the ruck and are training really well on the track (and in the pool in these conditions !!) He described them as "bullocking and bustling type players much like Buckets Mackenzie from Centrals"

What no Ferguson????

I hope for teh commentators sake he has picked McKenzie as an on-baller and Schell as a forward...
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Another good show last night, as always...

Kym Morgan and Dan Frangos did a great job and I enjoyed the interviews with Duane Massey, Luke Norman and Jace Bode at the end.

As for Dan's top 50 list (and the top 10 mentioned above) I think it wasn't too far off the mark (although i thought Jason "Buckets" Mackenzie is probably a bit higher up than number 50.

As for Mark Mackenzie and Daniel Schell being in the top 10, I reckon they would be picked for their versatility more than anyhthing. Mackenzie has proved he can play on ball, in defence and in attack while Schelly is a great forward and a more than capable CHB.

Very good show.

Enjoyed the interview with Jace Bode. Let's hope he can be a top acquisition for the Double Blues.
