Its gotta be Norman doesn't it.

Working with MacGowan, Knows what Rick's been trying to put in place, (probably has very similar ideas working with Rick)knows the players and coached the reserves team to the flag. Reserves coach is just in training for the league job and unless someone with much more experience and a good track record applies Norman will get it.

Few mentioned, except for some really silly ones, have any real experience and none with any decent record.

Lairds previous gig was two years as reserves coach.

It would be remiss of Sturt to ignore due process and simply appoint the 2IC to the role of senior coach. While many Sturt supporters are in agreeance that Norman would be a more than adequate choice to replace Ricky Mac, surely all Sturt fans wouldn't mind finding out who else would be willing to throw their hat in the ring for this position too.

I remember SP telling me after the Bays smashed Sturt in the Prelim that he was the most credentialed applicant for the CEO position made vacant bu Stuart Totham going to the NTFL and that he would be applying for the job !!!!
