Today the Crows coaching staff were given a lessen on how a club far more professional than them can create structures and systems and stick to them throughout the whole club.
The Crows were a rabble and seemed to have no game plan, structure or even any interest in the game. Norwood made them look stupid and exposed the total lack of coaching ability at the AFC.
Brenton Sanderson and his staff have sent the Crows backwards with the inclusion into the SANFL as their young players are not developing.
The score line flattered the Crows and if Norwood did not back off and rest a few players after half time the difference would have been in excess of 20 goals.

Norwood were brilliant in first half but put the cue in the rack after half time & coasted a bit
THE CROWS were pathetic it is a serious concern for AFL Crows as it shows the depth is not there . I feel now that it is now a big mistake for crows to enter the competition the way they have with no real plan for the reserves. The development of the players will not progress the way it is now.
Having a coach that doesnt have AFL experiance is an issue along with the lack of talent .
If Norwood had have kicked straight lastweek top spot was ours.I thought we were all over port for much of the day except 2nd quater
Look out the legs are looking good I am quietly confident

Actually heard at the Eagles game today that they're considering pulling out due to the abuse they're copping and that Harper may have said as much at an SANFL Club meeting this week.

Did they expect any different when they signed the agreement? Surely they didn't expect to be welcomed by SANFL fans given the vibe leading up to this agreement being reached. Are they allowed to pull out given they have signed up for 10 years? We should be so lucky!

That problem's as good as sorted. For every Crows reserves match in the 2015 season, before the opening bounce a T-Rex sized hologram of David Burtenshaw floating 30 metres above the oval will give the home team and supporters a little chat about fair play, being nice and not causing our assets any depreciation (injuries, or getting in their heads and causing their delicate emotions to go to the sad-place). That'll do it.

Crows over used the handball and kept handballing themselves into trouble. Norwood got numbers to the contest and tackled and harassed ferociously often forcing the error. Crows made a lot of simple mistakes and skills were fairly ordinary. The two big boys up front in Newton and Davis had a field day with both having 4 at half time. Newton ended up with 6.0 and Davis 5.2. K Mac and Chippendale also had very good games.
For the Crows, Crouch was head and shoulders above anything else they had and I cant understand why he isnt playing harder. Graham was very good in the Ruck but everyone else was fairly poor. The Crows attitude stank, several players sulked and moped around game, Johnstone and Petrenko especially were not even remotely interested. Disappointing we put the cue in the rack and didnt turn a 9 goal halftime lead into a 100 point hiding.
On the crowd, could hear a pin drop when they scored a goal, went for a walk at 3/4 time around the ground and counted 43 people wearing Crows paraphanalia, no doubt there was a few more around the place but would be really suspeised if 200 were Crows fans. Bumped into a lady I used to work with and she couldnt understand the hatred and venom from the crowd tonight, she has been to plenty of games this year but thought tonights was the most abusive she has witnessed.

Did you watch the game. Crouch had a heap of it but it was one of the worst 35 touch games i have seen. He was terrible.

I was at the game. Yes he turned the ball over a bit but he was still their best by country mile. Got a heap of little dinky kicks and overused the handball but atleast he had a crack and was willing to go in and get it unlike most of his team mates. And I still think he is better than a few of the guys who played in Hobart yesterday

Dominant, according to the AFL website LOL!!

It's also how most Crows fans have learned to "support" their team. If they are losing, dig the boots in. Check the tape and see if there ware 4 Crows fans near the race, that would represent a large percentage of their overall SANFL fan base. Hope there was some season ticket ripping going on (although they are probably allowed to get in to all SANFL finals too)
