Pretty handy side that.

Hopefully the Bays can expose the North forward line which is missing Gill and Damon White, and missing the run of Lonie off half-back/wing.

Allan, Younie and Alleway would be first picked in ANY side...players of that ilk can influence the rest of the side.

Taking absolutely nothing for granted leading up to this game.
North's stunning downhill slide has completely caught me by suprise considering their GF appearance last year and the following a-grade recruiting (or so it seemed at the time). Without going into all the rights and wrongs of their season I still wouldn't be shocked to see them come out firing on Sunday and push the Bays over the edge.
As TB noted, handy side that (on paper anyway) but here's hoping the Bay wagon continues to roll on and a good crowd attends a cracking match.
Will be doing the right* thing on Sunday by walking my 4 y.o over for a taste of footy.

Let's see :-k 2003 yeah great season, since then consecutive finals culminating in a GF appearance last year. Crap record under Jars

People quickly forget what a rabble North was when Jars took over.

I can see us getting absolutely flogged this week by the high flying Bays.

I don't completely disagree with what Dog_ger has said JTC, sure North have (had) come along way since 2003, Jars has had the luxury of being able to spend a fair bit recruiting, North's juniors have performed very well in that time with a number of very good league players produced from the junior programs.
4 years of steady climb up the ladder, one GF appearance with a flogging, in that time have really struggled against Central & Glenelg in particullar, with some very ordinary performances against other lower sides that succesful sides don't allow, so yes, the end result while an improvement on 2003, has still been ordinary.

Seems us Bays fans hold North in higher regard than their own supporters...you're fourth on the table FGS!

You won't be the only one in YELLOW and BLACK. The Legendary Bayman will be there with Baman Jr and both wearing yellow and black.

Expect the Roosters to throw everything at the Bays.

Inclement weather will favour neither team.

The Bays...just. 8)

Reckoned all week that the Bays would win this one very easily, but something been bugging me all day about this one and I reckon the Roosters might just cause a boilover

Good to see the SANFL promoting the local league. Im currently sitting in the Northern stand at Footy Pk and they just advertised the North V Glenelg game on the big screen with it being Saturday afternoon. Did anyone tell the SANFL the game is on Sunday?!

D'oh. Perhaps the SANFL want you to rock up Satdee, so there's plenty of beer and snags left on Sundee...

I know I do.

PS - Hope tonight's game is a belter...

If I rocked up to Prospect on Saturday there would be no snags or beer left on Sunday. ;)
