I heard during the week that Damian Cupido is sick of playing in a losing team and wants out... (probably has a few team mates feeling the same)

One of the guys I work with plays cricket with Cupidoll in the summer and he said that the BIG Westies number 5 wants to switch to a more competitive side.

He suggested that Damien is really keen to come out to Centrals ??!! Not sure how I feel about that though, I think he is a good player but not sure I see him fitting into our side...

Would he actually get a game in the current Centrals side? Who would they cut to fit him in?

No. Noone.

That answers those questions.

The bloke is a disaster (a talented disaster, granted) and wouldn't pass the interview stage from what I know of him. If he did I am really unsure who's spot he would take - wouldn't get a key position, wouldn't play midfield which only leaves flanks and pockets and they are all performing quite well. Tough question to answer even hypothetically.

Question #1 from me if he rocked up to Glenelg looking for a game would be:

Are you prepared to play for base payments??

If no, there is the door son, if yes we'll talk some more, you wouldn't want to pay anymore than base payments for him. Time for Damien to show if he wants success and be a team player or if he wants money...
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
