I noticed with interest in this mornings 'tiser that Port Magpies have taken the rather unusual step of naming two emergencies in their reserves list....?

This would suggest to me there is doubt on a couple of senior players.

J.Clayton and possibly Wilson not to play due to injury?

Surely J Clayton won't play, to come off late in the 1st qtr last week with a hamstring injury would mean he'd be out for min 2wks, with the cold & rainy conditions predicted today they'd be silly to play him or DESPERATE.
"Wilbur" Wilson has supposedly pulled up sore in the knee not achilles, after missing 8mths with that injury & not getting any younger, the Power would be fools in risking such an important cog to their side & playing him with the magpies today.
Rain may save Port from getting an absolute flogging today, maybe they'll get a not so big "bath"!.

Beautiful weather here Jimmy. Sun is streaming in through the windows, I reckon it is about thirty degrees outside and not too humid for a change.
Looking forward to catching up on the footy after work.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail
