A couple of posts said that the security held up play by walking across the oval at a slow pace of something like that. Is that for real? How much longer after the streaker had left the arena did Weslo actually enter the arena? Did they actually cut straight across the center of the ground or sort of just walk a few meters in from the boundary?

After the streaker was off the oval at the Southern end (with a security guard), there was another security guard almost two thirds of the way to the centre square on the grandstand wing. If it wasn't so stupid it would be funny.

Cheers Smac.
So the streaker did get aprrehended when he exited the arena.
Pretty unbelievable that there was a security gaurd just strolling across the oval, way after the event had more or less finished.

There sure was, Theri. Weslo, as stated earlier by others, stood up to their motto of 'Weslo, we slow'. The 'streaker' could have actually had a picnic on the ground before Weslo decided to do anything. He was down the other end before the security officer even made it to the wing. We had to wait longer for the security to get off the oval than the 'streaker'.

The best thing was the crowd were more angry at Weslo than the streaker, as out of the 2 Weslo guys the one wondering around the field was fatter than the armless guy and he woke up after the crowd was giving him shit to get off the ground. The streaker was already over the fence and the crowd wanted the football to start. The Weslo guy then decided to make his way off the ground and still took his sweet time. It seemed like forever and he looked a total tool. That was a night that I will never forget as the poor players were just standing still waiting for the game to re start and the crowd was going off.

Ill add i think the guy only expected to get about fifity meters in before he would be tackled and thrown around by the we'slo when he got to the centrecircle he stopped looked around and raised his hands, he probably couldn't believe that there was still no we'slo even on the field.
