It's amazing how many people put in the effort to get there. Had a mate fly back from England for the 2002 GF and flew back on the Tuesday as he wasn't on holidays and had to get back to work.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Makes my effort of not being there on Sunday due to needing to run ABW Monday morning here in Mildura pretty lame!! :oops:

Yeah i think he is worried about going there and then not leaving Prospect til late. we went their last sunday but it was packed. what time are you going down there. we are gunna go and watch the 19s and then have a BBQ during the ressies i think

No biggie. But I am flying in from Melbourne. But I am a bloody bandwagonner who knows nothing about the club.
I actually don't about the Grand Final. I'm just flying in to meet the famous Johntheclaret. :lol:

Admire all those overseas posters on this site who get up at all sorts of hours to tune in on the internet on match days. JAS, trb, jimmy etc. Great dedication!!!

Well done to all those making special arrangements to get to the GF. Hope all have a great day out and GF gets a great crowd.

Now if this was the long weekend would probably make life easier. I think if the GF is held after the AFL next year we do get the holiday Monday.

Yeah, lived there in the 60' 70's. Only started following North to p1ss my old man off. :lol: Been in the blood ever since.

Reckon we all would rather be there week in week out like you guys n gals
