Is Phillips being offered an opportunity for when his playing days are over (which may be not far away) that he can't get at Norwood?

Or perhaps they don't force players to watch Mickey Mouse movies at Richmond. ;)

Do clubs still pay a transfer fee and if yes how much?

I think it can be up to $15K, depending on player and situation, but normally about $5K...

Heard Sturt put together a fairly competitive offer. Clearly not enough but said he wanted to play with his mates. Not sure what mates he has there? Bode?
