And she'd still be better than Braden Lyle or Eddie Hocking who they're probably rushing to sign now.

So we pay $800,000 to $1 Million and two rounds telecast will involve Port and Crows.
For first time ever there will be no SANFL club televised.

Well done to all at SANFL, you have paid lots of money yet seem to have no control over the product or don't you care. It is of no benefit to the 8 remaining SANFL teams or the League.

ps. Chris Kendle should be on the Ch 7 team to lend it some credibility and knowledge of SANFL.

How many times do people have to point out that the SANFL aren't contributing the $1m, sponsors are paying for it who ordinarily would not be contributing anything to the SANFL.

My mail is that the Ch 7 broadcast is now costing the SANFL less than the ABC broadcast was due to the number of sponsors who have committed.

And, CK may be working for SANFL this season? Heard he's being lined up to help with SANFL live streaming some games?

With less coverage of the sanfl clubs. What a deal.

That sounds good, he did play-by-play commentary for an NBL.TV game up in Cairns the weekend before last.

I don't think so but I think some people are annoyed that the game has been moved from a Friday night to a Thursday night.

If it really is going to help the national profile to telecast on a Thursday night then have the balls to go head to head with The Footy Show and play it on Channel 7!!
Not buried on 7mate!!

Not really head to head with a show that died 10 years ago as different times but if it was on the Friday night it would have been head to head with the AFL Grand Final replay. I'd have the balls to put Thomas the Tank Engine up against the Footy Show instead of an actual big match live.
Its not rocket science.

For those that wont get the live Channel 7 coverage will be pleased to know they can still watch the game on the SANFL website, the day after the game...

From the SANFL twitter account earlier tonight...

@SANFLnews wrote:The @Ch7Adelaide #SANFL match of the round will be available to watch the following day on the SANFL website this season.
