Maybe they weren't ready which would be fair enough with the limited time span and will be ready for the comp the year after.

Wedgie, you sound like Big Phil. Politically correct SANFL diatribe, without seeing the blatantly obvious. The regime will always have an answer.
Surely you can see that by now.
Thought you were better than that.

that's less $900 a week which I assume would have to include registrations, travel costs, insurance, medical etc.
I could imagine an SANFL backed team would cost many times that when you add in players fees, coaching costs etc.
$10k won't go very far. Thank goodness SANFL clubs are loaded.

Without knowing much about the girls comp, why was it limited to 4 teams? If there was two others ready and willing to go, why not just have a 6 team comp? Is it because the SANFL didn't want to cough up another $20k or is there some other factor preventing it?

Oh dear. If you cared to read most of my posts your see noone is more critical of the SANFL than me, comparing me to Big Phil is ridiculous, might as well as compare me to Usain Bolt.
Despite my criticisms of the SANFLs stuff ups not even I could give any credence to your ridiculous conspiracy theory.

Glad to see you're so interested in my previous posts Wedgie to come to that conclusion on my level of passion for this topic.
Couldn't be further from the truth, just a bit of fly fishing on a Fri night over a beer.
Surprised I didn't get a bite from the BF as well.
Just tone down your self righteous position on my conspiracies theories and all is forgiven :)

Actually, I thought people would have figured it out by now, so I myswell spill the beans.
Wedgie IS Big Phil. It's the greatest footy blog conspiracy ever.
Watch them both come on and try to deny it.

3 seconds? And what? Then you all lit cigarettes and asked one another "Was it as good for you?"

So the only way to have a valuable opinion is if your club wins multiple premierships? You sir should be in the "best jokes" thread.

Is there anything else that hasn't actually happened that you'd like to complain about?
