A community minded entrepreneur will take it over, support the locals by installing a creche, generous parking facilities, offer meals and reasonably priced drinks. Oh, and 40 pokies.
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!

I know that was meant in jest, but hard to see any Pokies remaining there .. The Dogs would transfer their gaming license to their new venue, and given the existing location hasn't been optimal for revenue generation, hard to see any other body looking to setup shop at the current location

IF that goes , that is why I said it's desperate. You can lose vital revenue from match day . It must be convenient for people IMO.

Being a former (a long time ago) Rose & Crown player, I'm interested in knowing where they'd go if this all goes ahead.
Politicians kissing babies for good luck,
TV preachers sell salvation for a buck.
You don't need no golden cross to tell you wrong from right,
The world's worst murderers were those who saw the light.

Would think the existing club rooms would still be used for match day functions.

Matchday revenue is paltry compared to decent 7 day pokie turnover

And still has accompanying costs. All entities want to maximize profitability, I'm sure they wouldn't act on the consideration of moving if they weren't certain it was better for their club.
