There's another thread that already exists for slagging the teams that are playing or those that declined.

Or just people who support the teams who weren't narrow minded and brave enough to compete. Highly likely that the 3 teams competing won't win a premiership this year (as was the case before they agreed to join this comp), but it will be of benefit in the couple of seasons to follow. It will be the only occasion in my life I will be barracking for West. ;)

That lasted a long time, shouldn't you be sleeping?

I will sleep when I'm dead.

Good suggestion Constance Perm, but until Wedgie's Golden Hammer of Kalimdor has smashed down, it isn't law.

I'm pretty interested to see how this comp pans out and will be barracking for the SA teams. Except Port Magpies of course. I'll be at the SCG that day for both games. Here is the fixture:

Sat 26 March NT Thunder defeated Morningside @ Footy Park
Sat 2 April East Perth v North Ballarat @ Subiaco, curtain raiser to FREO v GEELONG
Sat 9 April Swan Districts v Williamstown @ Subiaco, curtain raiser to WEST COAST v SYDNEY
Sat 16 April West Adelaide v Ainslie @ Footy Park, curtain raiser to PORT v ADELAIDE
Sat 23 April Clarence v Claremont @ Bellerive Oval not a curtain raiser.
Sat 30 April Northern Bullants v GWS @ MCG, curtain raiser to RICHMOND v BRISBANE
Sat 14 May East Coast Eagles v Port Adelaide Magpies @ SCG, curtain raiser to SYDNEY v PORT
Sat 21 May Labrador v North Adelaide @ Gabba, curtain raiser to BRISBANE v NORTH MELBOURNE

Why aren't the Magpies playing in front of the Power at home?

would imagine it would draw a far bigger crowd than what is currently programmed.

For those interested and with a bit of download to spend, a report and replay of the Morningside / NT game can be found here.

Contributor "comeng" mentioned the site on "vflfooty.com".

So you can confirm 100% West Adelaide would be happy with those conditions?

It's a bit rough that the coaches have to vacate the boxes at half time.

Glad Norwood aren't involved. :D

No, nobody would be happy with those conditions, but I dont get as precious about it as some.

For example, SANFL clubs have played many country games where they have to adapt to often not having the facilities they usually do.

In the early days of the Crows, I think they often had to share a change room with the curtain-raiser team. Sometimes things aren't ideal, but some people just get on with things and others don't.

I also thought this thread was for Foxtel Cup results.
