Yes the club are very happy with Tobys comittment to Sturt. All clubs have supporters are heard bagging there players sometimes. No different to supporters bagging coaches . Mind you some supporters can really have it in for a coach .

Ive only seen one Sturt game and he got pwned by White and the Sturt crowd especially near the northern goals were torrid in their abuse of him, telling him to leave the club and some other umentionables. He was probably the worst key defender Ive seen this year, must have been a one off.
It must have inspired him to perform better!

I think in general Toby is respected by Sturt supporters, due to his time at the club before being given a regular game at Port and his contribution to the club in 02. AFL listed players' committment at any club will always be questioned by supporters if their form is down, personally I haven't heard Toby being bagged too often. I think if he was delisted by Port this year and chose to play at Sturt he'd be welcomed by all. Sounds like a few out there are having another teeny-girl-pyjama-party.

Lots of people remember Toby's effort (sic) in a losing prelim final against the Wiggles a few years ago in the rain at Footy Park - a dark day and an exceptionally dire game from him. Luckily many more remember his efforts in the more successful 2002 finals campaign :D

He's been great for us this year.

If Sturt go long to Chambers 1 on 1 against McIntyre he will beat him easily for strength . Norths side looks good though.

Last week on here, I tipped Sturt to win by over 100pts... foolish am I said many...

... but in the end my football tipping genius was proven! :D

... but I won't be so hasty again! :?

So this time, I'll go Sturt by just under 100pts!

Even better if some sort of controversial incident can occur...

Wedgie thinks, "Hmm how can the Grog squad provoke poor innocent little ol'Chambo...."
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Take a life-size cardboard model of Sam Rudolph and prop it up behind the goals.

Nah, that'd just provoke a foetal position response from Chambo...

See Wedgie we're trying to get the hits up for the following week too, Bays v Blues, wait until the respective mental midget keyboard warriors (self most defiantely included in that description) start arguing the toss over that game....

Oh and BTW for all you Blues supporters, your favourite umpire Col Rowston, will be hypeventilating through the ol' ACME Thunderer tomorrow.... 2007 Elimiation Final anyone...

I love Bay supporters who get excited about winning Elimination finals. Thats a by product of lack of success I suppose. ;)

This is going to be a tough, hard game and on a wet and heavy ground I'd expect Sturt to tire towards the end. Sturt by 18pts. :prayer:
