Awesome pickup for the Roosters too as he's top shelf at SANFL level
Mark McKenzie is another who comes to mind originaly aligned to the Eagles when he was selected as a rookie with Power after being delisted and being picked up by Carlton on rookie list and being delisted again we managed to recruit him back to the club. Now he remains an Eagle our club captain - one of our best players and indeed of the sanfl comp.

it is great to see the SANFL hold onto blokes like this, the standard of the comp is growing every year this decade IMO
As for the Salary Cap...FFS I wish people would get over it...the most annoying thing about this forum I reckon

I understand he is not nominating for the draft so therefore he can't be selected /picked so that is why North announced the signing pre-draft.
Having said that however, I remember reading somewhere once that players who are cut at the end of a season are automatically included in the very next draft? Maybe someone with a bit more knowledge on the draft rules etc can clarify this?

You never saw him play for the Power then?
Four years? Let's hope it all works out for both parties.

Anyone else hear the one about John Condon turning up at Elizabeth Oval for a salary cap audit to be greeted by Kris Grant and four QCs?
I'm surprised with the rivers of money that flows from Grand Centrals poker machines to their much loved community that they had the money left over to hire such high powered legal advice.
