But if they returned home, all the traffic there would be from the UK.

Over the years I have used a number of sites from a number of locations around the world and Australia (Canberra, Victoria, the Middle East and now the USA). Firstly it was Rohan Semmler's unoffical Norwood website in the late 90's, these days its the NFC offical site and safooty.net and previously FootySA.com. Every now and again I check out the SANFL website or AdelaideNow but mainly the NFC or safooty.

Currently I listen in or follow the score thread from Ridgecrest California.

Wasn't that Derek Jeffrey's unofficial site? He may well have been the first person to get a warning off from a SANFL club due to what was written on a website.

Although I'm sure someone will tell me that happened to The Roost in 1958.
'People are not stupid. They know when they are being conned. And two reserves teams operating in a League competition will reduce it to a farce, a competition without a soul.'

I've been following sites for years while o/s (Japan, China, S-E Asia). First footysa and db.org but mostly safooty in recent times.

When I lived in Japan many moons ago I used to pick up the ABC footy broadcasts on SW radio. Only problem is that the only way I could pick up the signal was to put the radio out on the back flower pot ledge. So my neighbours got to listen too.
My child is growing up without SANFL footy. It gives me the double blues.

Some interesting stats:

7 x Adelaide (duhh!)
(various) Asia (n locations, as well as those listed below)
(blame) Canada
Fukuoka 福岡県
Moorook SA 5332
NYC
Ridgecrest CA 93555
Scotland
2 x various SA
Sydney NSW 2148

This is from those who put a location on their profile ...

I actually don't use the SANFL site if I can avoid it - I generally get the team details from you lot, and get the scores from you lot as well ... I tried using the adelaidenow site but found it lacking ... I have to thank sjabc for introducing me to you!

So for those of you without a location on your profile, from where do you listen?
But yes, it was a pretty pointless comment wasn't it?!

And the SANFL website works properly with the Opera browser - unlike the AFL, Telstra, Foxtel, Sensis, Yahoo, sites.
Heath Grayson who wrote the SANFL site knows what he is doing, and how to code to International standards.
EPIGENETICS - Lamarck was right!

I thought he had come back Magic but I wasn't sure if he had gone back again. Haven't heard from him for a long, long time. Used to be on the Roost all the time, especially gameday.
