Allen should get the 3 from the dogs bays game at HHO. Might have got 10 touches, might have done nothing after half time but that was about the best first quarter I've seen. Set up the 6 goal lead all on his own OMHO.

All the talk of Taylor Walker getting an AFL call up, based on this judgement, hes been in the best five players in ONE GAME

I'm not sure what this has to do with the SA Footy player of the year, but talk of Taylor Walker playing AFL is coming from people who wouldn't have a clue. All they are basing it on is the fact that the Adelaide forward line is threadbare, and Walker appears in the goalkicking list at Norwood.

Those of us who can actually evaluate a player know the lad is nowhere near ready to play AFL football. He needs to develop a physicality to his game, as well as a defensive element.

If he were selected in the AFL now, he may get some cheap goals in the first 3-4 matches while other clubs are learning about him, but after that he would struggle for a kick, and maybe fade from the AFL scene.

Get him right at SANFL level and then get him into the AFL. He certainly has the talent.
