Only 'coz they don't play the Bays again

But seriously, I can see both Sturt and Glenelg dropping more games before the minor round is out.

Don't think you'll make the Grand Final? ;)

whether you like it or not football form analysts for bookmaking firms will have sturt marginal favourites over glenelg then central & a big gap to north & norwood & if sturt don't shorten to about 7/4 i'll be having something on them on monday

Bayman, I was having some fun. One loss and you start getting all serious. And I don't care what the bookies say, I'm just suprised that a club stalwart, a Bay faithful and media notoriety like yourself is thinking of putting your colourful wallet plastic on THE MIGHTY DOUBLE BLUES!! :supz:
And Bayman....no you're not allowed to give your opinion. It's a forum, not a place for opinions.

But why would he be engraving the G first, surely he needs to start with the D, then an O, then he can do the G and finally a S !!!??

Hang on a minute, what am I saying, he want be engraving DOGS, he can just "copy / paste" from last year and engrave the Thomas Seymour trophy "Central Districts Football Club"...

Just kidding folks, getting ahead of myself I know, there is still a long way to go in the season as we ALL know. The only thing he would have engraved by now if anything is "2008", nothing more, nothing less.

Interesting that after the Bays won 12 in a row, sat atop the ladder for most of the year and the Dogs have had such an up and own year, they have gone out to $3.50 with Centrals coming in cheaper now at $3.00.

If it was my odds, it would be:
Sturt - $2.50
Glenelg - $3.00
Centrals -$4.00

I don't mind those odds on Port at $9.00 although them winning the flag over either of the other 3 seems highly unlikely...
