Gathering by some of the responses in this thread, supporters of other clubs aren't hoping their side isn't going to win the flag this year???

Nice topic by the way Maxy? I trust you'll be at the game tomorrow cheering on your beloved bays....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Okay, it is official.
Glenelg supporters hereby have forfeit any right to bag Sturt Peter ever again.
Now you guys just need to develop your own lingo...whereas SP has popularised words such as "passionate, professional and appropriate", I recommend that the Bays go for words in keeping with their image, perhaps "luscious, lubricated and eager" would be a good start.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

The again, there's still Centrals, Sturt to worry about, i can't see any other team being a real threat.

What will this Sunday's paper read if the bloods get up? Paying a lazy 10 bucks.

I'll just say, good luck to you, Glenelg. I'ts a bloody good feeling, winning the flag! I said that when We won in 2000 that it was the best feeling that I have ever experienced! I don't want you to win it but good luck anyway.

If Port can get up against Centrelink tomorrow I think they will be a huge threat if they make the 5, they are the best side we have played this year and they did it with a few players out.

Should be a cracker of a game down at Elizabeth, would have liked to have gone to watch it.

Centrals will always be favourite for the flag until the year they don't make the Grand final...

Gee willikers - for an over used topic, it's still drawing a lot of response.

Must be something in that, I reckon.

And no, Tassie, I won't be at the game tomorrow at Richmond, like a lot of us Bandwagon supporters, I'll be watching the Crows.
