You're half right there locky. You were ordinary.

A cocky Bay supporter?
You perennial under-achievers might want to wait until you win something first, before shooting your mouths off about how "wonderful" your club is.
You were ordinary, your club is ordinary & your history is ordinary.
Should re-name yourself the Glenelg Ordinaries

re name indeed  i think north have & are on the stock exchange as the all ordinaries  or go back to the medindie fc
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Thank you, we will.

Enjoy being angry and bitter.

PS - very mature of you to continue deleting the "Are North imploding?" thread. Bit precious that. If it was any other club it would still be up there...

The original Are North imploding thread was locked, & it was advised that anymore threads started would result in bannings to the author.
Consider yourself informed of this- I won't take that action, but if another Mod does, deal with it.

Hmm...this isn't being hypocritical at all. North mods don't mind leaving the other threads about other clubs imploding up do they? Might be time for some of you blokes to read up on a joke book...

PS - I thought smashing your blokes today was enjoyable...you being precious on this site is even more so...thank you.

as it was a decision made by non-North supporters, you'll have to chase it up with them.

Yep...understand that. On this occasion, it was a North supporter, who also happens to be a mod, that deleted a thread that jokingly infers that their club is imploding.

I would bet my left nut that if North won today, there would be a thread up on this site immediately questioning whether the Bays have imploded. Because we are all good souls down at Glenelg, we would've participated and had a laugh about it.

I was at the game today...you know where I stand. I only get "mouthy" when this site makes decisions to suit a few precious individuals.

I'm off to enjoy the win. Have fun sitting on this site and refreshing this thread every few minutes to try and argue pointlessly to any other Bays fans on here.

But surely you realise that other mods have input. Should it have been considered that the thread was removed unnecessarily it should have been put back or the other mods are not doing their jobs properly (i don't for a second suggest this is the case). Are you suggesting the other mods who are not North supporters are neglecting their duties?

NO offence Locky, I enjoyed having a chat to you today but that's a silly comment.
The sign of a very good side is when they play ordinary against a club that drags them down to a lower level and still win comfortably.
North dragged Glenelg down a few notches today, Glenelg played crap, and they still won by 10 goals.
That is the sign of a VERY GOOD SIDE.

The reserves was an enthralling contest to watch, North were 6 goals to 1 up at half time and in front for 99.9% of the game but the Bays came home strongly on the back of some shocking North errors and won by less than a goal.

The Bays are all class, congrats to them and their supporters today, I chatted to quite a few of them and similar to their footy club they're all class. Even if one did sit in my seat all day.

And if that had happened today, Andrew Newton would probably be cleaning out his desk tonight, instead of in September.

Probably right wedgie, I rolled up today albeit late at half time after hearing how well we had oplayed in the 1st half and only 8 points down, then I sat back and watched some crap footy, my opinion and I know it doesnt stand for too much cause I aint a footy expert was that neither side was impressive, yes sure the Bays took huge advantage of our constant errors which appear every week, my main point is that a side dominating the comp only won by 10 goals when from what I saw there was not a lot of pressure being put on them. Might make the effort to have a look at them later in the year against higher quality sides, yes so far they have past the test, still a long way to go in the season and from what I can sdee, they haven't had too many injury worries either. But at the end of the day winners are grinners and well done to the GFC on winning 4 out of 4 this weekend

I'd like to congratulate the Glenelg fans at the game today, I didn't encounter one idiot or idiotic comment from any Bays fans today, even the Snouts were nice to me when I came over for a chat early on.
They're all keeping a lid on it and I don't care what sort of bandwagon they're driving, they were a pleasure to talk to today.
Well done Bays fans! :D

Once again on this thread, we see supporters who weren't pleased with their side's performance, so they decide the supporters of the winning team shouldn't be happy either.

"Ohhhh, we were terrible today, so because the other team didn't win by 20 goals they must be pathetic". Unbelievable logic.

Glenelg won by nearly 10 goals. You cannot play poorly and win by 10 goals. Since when was a 10 goal win not good enough?
