They had no one in Norths attacking 1/2 at one stage as well, 36 players were in South's attacking 1/2.

Seems to me that Jarman is damned if he does, damned if he doesn't amongst so-called supporters of the club.

Perhaps the supporters that like to criticise Jarman will rue what they have lost when/if he moves on from Prospect. Certainly, feel free to go back to the Daryl Hart or Chris McDermott days...or, you can appreciate that Jarman pulled your club out of the mires and made you a seasoned finalist and feared competitor throughout the league.

Keep clutching at those tiny straws North fans. Your agenda to rid the club of its best coach in a long time is gathering momentum...shame really.

Until you know the off field facts surrounding Jarman and North then perhaps it would be wiser to stick to making comment about your own club who have a decade of how many coaches until Mickan? Funny how sitting up the top of the tree suddenly has "some" bay fans experts on all things football including other clubs!

No one is denying Jarman did great job when he took over to lift us up (which also coincided with the funs to enable a rebuild) but maybe he has run his race. Our last 18 months have been the worst in terms of win/losses since he took over and it appears although we made a GF last year (and luck played its part late last year too), we are performing worse now than what many would say were our best years, 2005/2006 where we didn't capitalise for a variety of reason both in our control and out of our control.

Are we still a feared competitor??? I wouldn't have thought Glenelg, Sturt and Centrals would fear us too much these days. Centrals have had us worked out for years and the last two seasons have shown Glenelg and Sturt know how to beat us comfortably.

P.S. Many fans of other clubs don't rate Jars and his game plan since he took over so it's a bit much to just blame North fans for being critical where we have the right more so to be critical than others.

I think Tigerboss and some others are compltely missing the point of this topic, noone's critical for Jarman flooding, Im critical at him for doing what he's had goes at other people for doing, ie hypocrite.
Im constantly amazed at people who read what they want to read on this site, not what's actually written. :?

I've never said that Glenelg have done things perfectly in the past. Surely on this site, as an interested onlooker, you can make an observation and comment on what you see, hear and read. Whether Glenelg are TOP or bottom, this site is open to comments and observations from anyone.

I forgot that when it comes to discussing North Adelaide, only the North supporters are allowed to make any comments. Perhaps stick to discussing North on The Roost, where only North supporters venture to have a chat about this sort of thing. If you're going to use SA Footy to discuss North, then people like me are going to stick their 2 bobs worth in.

I don't have to know EVERYTHING Drebin. Your game of "I know something you don't know" is getting a bit tiresome.

Wedgie, Jarman admitted his hypocracy in the Milbank article. What's he supposed to do? Pretend that he's NEVER bagged other clubs for flooding? He's come out and admitted (when challenged) that in coaching he is still learning, and now has to concede that flooding does have some role to play in the future of North Adelaide's play. So what?

TBH, I'd actually be more worried if knew he needed to change, but didn't do it because of what he'd said publicly before.

I say good on ya Jars, finally something different and yes it actually worked. I for one hate flooding but if it is going to stop my side getting belted may as well put up with it.

After the turmoil of the week one never knows do they, yes we won but were far from convincing, perhaps it was a good game for Jarman to try something different, my only point of this is simple he has had the same game plan for years and has had very limited if any variations to it, yesterday he did something totally different, even if it is against his footy principals, he still did something different for his style of play, if he persists time will tell

you would too if only you would lose a few in a row, but you never do, that is how professional your club. coach, board etc etc are, like the man again could not do presentations last night and his brother did them, perhaps after 2 wins in a row was working out his new contract

Jarman's not going too bad
North is sitting 4th with 6 wins, same time last year they had 7 wins + 1 draw.
Unfortunately for ANJ he hasn't got the talent on the field to match the top 3 at the moment and we all know anything could happen in the finals. He's obvious is aware of this and is trying new things but unfortunately the small minority of North "supporters" on this forum keeps on bagging him then complain when non North people put their point of view across.

If you don't want other peoples views on this forum you should keep your comments confined to the Roost web site.

Jarman will be ultimately be judged at the end of the season by the people that hired him, not the small minded people that want him gone regardless of his performance on the whole.
