One of my other predictions was that West would perform very well in the first half of the season but then tail off.....

if (& i doubt it) port did finish bottom i'd suggest they'd go down as the best bottom side of all time

Currently West holds that mantle after a 7-win spoon season in the seventies, right? Spelly?

7 wins and a draw in 1979.

And yet in 2004, with just two additional points they made finals!

Sort of in the ball park, I need West and South to lift their games a bit and it'll be pretty close.
