Yeah, it's not a huge deal, bit annoying, I'm just letting off some steam 8)

Bit disappointing that Otten was pulled from the game. Wont get a game next week with a South bye so 2 weeks without footy isnt what he needs after being in such great form.

Don't think they had time for the other scores, North kept the scoreboard ticking over at a good pace for 4 qtrs today

That's a lot of disposals to North Adelaide. Who got a lot of the ball for the Roosters?

Awful game.

This is what Cahill had said at the start of the season. There is going to be some hard times. North killed us. We looked 2nd rate.

Still, we have alot of young kids still gaining experience. We really dont have a forward. I dont care what people say about Warren...we need a focal strong target!!! Strength wise and body wise who goes in hard for the ball when it hits the ground. Ellis played well in parts but his kicking was ordinary. Our skill errors were diabolical.

I can tell you now, the honeymoon is over, its going to be hard going from here. The bye has come at the right time. :?
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

Completely outclassed, what more can you say. We have 6-10 good sanfl footballers, the rest have some serious hard work ahead of them. Skill errors forced and unforced killed us- north made us pay every time. The fact was we simply were'nt good enough.

Bit harsh on Warren. He is a very very good player but he just came up against an opponent in McIntyre who played a super game. Also the delivery to him was awful. South's midfield basically gave him no chance. Hey, if you guys don't want him he is more than welcome at Prospect

North far too good. Ran harder and their skills were far superior. Ryswyk always destroys us. When will we learn?

Better players I thought (and i use the term loosely) were Elliott, Handby, Ellis and Boyd.

Oh, and well done to the score board attendant who keep the smallish crowd well informed with the happenings at the other grounds. Very unprofessional North Adelaide  Bit like South's footy

The scoreboad attendant is an employee of the SANFL and has nothing to do with the North Adelaide Football Club. So go and have a sook to the League.

Diabolical performance yesterday. We were an absolute shambles.

The games we've managed to win have been as a result of attitude and hard work.
The worrying sign from yesterday wasn't the poor skill level - that was to be expected - it's that the hard work and the attitude that has got us through in our wins/draw were both missing.

'Attitude' isn't going to be enough against the top tier teams.

Not a good enough effort! North are a good team and I never expected us to win,but a bit of ticker might have helped. Our skill level was crap, and our intensity just was not there.
It is going to take quite a while before we see a radical improvement in the panthers. Some of the younger blokes are basically playing their first season, and some of the other boys are possibly not quite up to SANFL level.I suppose Jack is finding out who can cut it at this level and who cant, and It will take a while until he can find the best mix of players to take the club forward.
Poor Benny Warren had two players on him,and when the ball hit the deck there was no one there to assist or pick up the loose ball. Time to revise the forward line structure, and give the boys some serious skill sessions in game like conditions! Some of them are old enough and have been around long enough to produce better.
I hope we can come out of the bye with a bit more bite, otherwise the tigers will destroy us!!!!

Boyd at 19 together with Elliot and Tuner also under 20 are potential AFL draftees (sadly for the club but good for the lads). Boyd been in a best players every week thus far. It needs to remembered by South folks that Jack said this would be a tough year and the club itself has clearly stated a rebuild on and off the ground having new infrastructure in place for a long term not a short term fix as per previous years. The season so far is a true indication of this with some gutsy wins and terrible losses as both the coaching panel and the club expected of this year. It's worth noting undedrage and reserves performances on the improve after a tough start and i for one would have gladly taken 3 wins 1 draw after our first 6 games.
