Hi all,

Please accept our apologies for the incorrect information in the on-line program guide. "SANFL Insight" was always going to start next Tuesday, April 11, not last night - this was an oversight from our programming area. Rest assured, all is set to launch "SANFL Insight" next week at 8.30pm.

Thanks for the excellent feedback from those that watched our first show. We are working toward a deal for footage shortly in the match reviews. We are committed to giving the same detail to the match reviews that many of you saw last week and look forward to increasing our coverage in many other areas also. Feel free to email us at mailto:totalsanfl31@hotmail.com if you have any queries etc and I will respond ASAP to all.

For this week's Sunday show - one hour, commencing at 12pm, our guest for "Step Back In Time" will be North Adelaide legend, Grenville Dietrich. We are all looking forward to chatting to one of the 80's best full forwards about a range of issues!

Lord of the Flies.

It was a documentary about the fat kid who got squashed when the rock fell on him.

Maybe that was actually Luke Toia when he was younger.

Wedgie, was it a documentary about Luke Toia and his epic battles to visit every bun shop when he was living in Adelaide?

Does anyone have some absolutely dodgy tips on improving my TV reception?

I've tried coathangers and stuff but it's still pretty bad. I've also tried standing on my head and cocking my leg in a northerly direction at a 54 degree angle, both with and without my toes scrunched. That works but I can't hold it for half an hour.

Note i'm looking for a short term dodgy solution as opposed to a "get a 400 dollar antenna" solution, as i'm very poor.

Well, I was impressed by how comprehensive it was, Grenville didn't end up on the show which was a shame.
CK is a good presenter, very smooth and professional. Good work CK!

PS I was just watching a dvd of an 83 game last night that had Boehm with the glasses playing against North!

Really enjoyed it again today but the depressing C31 adverts continue to amaze. My favourite was the one advertising a mausoleum - get in quick, positions are filling fast!!! I kid you not.

Cheers for the feedback fellas, always appreciated. We apologise for Grenville's absence, lets just say it was beyond our control unfortunately.

Yes, was a bit surprised that no-one picked Boehm either, Wedgie! I thought that was a fairly easy one to kick the quiz off with, but at least that helps jackpot this weeks question to the $100 in vouchers now.

wide receiver - after the mausoleum ads (!), there was one for a company in Adelaide that can assist with better reception for a lower cost. If you ring the channel on 8234 6955, they should be able to help with more information on it. Have you been to http://www.c31.com.au and followed the instructions there? That may help, hopefully.

After taking Wedgie's advice and buying a Digital Top Box (with an in-built Hard Drive) so I can tape the ABC2 SANFL replays, I am impressed with the improvement of TV reception when I tune in to digital. I wasn't aware but all current free to air programs are also broadcast in digital plus you get ABC2. All in better quality which is important for watching sport.
We used to be good :-(

G'day all,

Don't forget "SANFL Insight" starting tonight at 8.30. The first guest is Norwood General Manager, David Wark, who will answer a number of questions facing the NFC and the league in general.

Cheers

Hooray, it was on this week! :)
Good show Chris and Robbie and David,
I always enjoy listening to Warky talking about the game.
Good flow fellas, and if anything worked a bit better than on Sunday with Zac and John.
Only one criticism, wait another 5 seconds at the breaks before talking to each other!

A little birdy tells me Toddles will be on soon. (another Sturt supporter!)

Time for a North supporter lads!

PS Any chance you can stop the planes from flying overhead while the show is on?

I had a new antenna put up the other day from 'Jims' for $195. He did'nt promise me a great picture from Ch31, but lucky for me it turned out very watchable! He said its UHF and the little bits that stick out the front rod are the ones that pick it up. HOT TIP- Get on your roof and look around to all the antenna's you can see. They should be pointing in the same direction towards Mt. Lofty, make sure yours is! You can also buy UHF booster box, but they cost about $100 I think. Note- A set top box wont help you because Ch31 does not do digital.

Geez busboy - hope you didn't get up on the roof without checking it's strength rating? Will we see you and the "Z'ds" at the Sturt game?

Lucky you didn't get on the roof "Home-game" Drebin, as you probably would've slipped between 'em!
