Who have you got that is quick enough to catch him - Handby perhaps?

If Archard has a hot dog strapped to him Handby will catch him no doubt.

Know for a fact, Archard pretty much asked if he could come over.... pretty much on minumum pay because he was untried. Never had a job given to him by south... wasn't he just riding track work???
And as for last year, he had a shocker with injuries and with all that was going on behind the scenes at South, I think I can understand why you would be sick of the caper.
Why is every other departure from south not coping as much flack??

That's absolute garbage flojo. Just another player who's happy to change his spots for cash. Lucky Strut and Norf will always accomodate mercineries like these - somehow........ Short term gain, long term pain. Enjoy it while it lasts.

LMAO  A south supporter talking about recruiting mercenaries  Where should we start. The name Cupido ring a bell? FFS even if Archard does fit that bill South fell for it first. As for short term gain and long term pain well at least North and Sturt have some short term gain. South would kill for some short term gain but just has to settle for the very very long term pain that shows no sign of ending.

Hey Fellow Footy Fans,

I'll be different with my prediction and tip the Panthers to have their second draw in a row !!!??

Has that ever happened in the SANFL before, same team drawing in consecutive weeks ?? Spell Check, can you share any of your statiscal wisdom on my question ???

Didn't North and South have a draw at Prospect in the corresponding game last year ? Or was that the year before that I am thinking about, can't remember ???

Realistically, North by 8 goals, Alleway to kick a bag, Younie to find some form again...

Big Phil...

Big Phil that draw was last year and is possible to occur again, however like you i suspect a North win but a fighting effort from the lads from the south can be expected particularly after what i saw last Friday against Norwood. Shame we are on TV again we rarely win or indeed play well when televised, shy types we Southies.

Not wanting to supplant the Master, but...

South was the last team to draw two weeks in a row, IIRC. In 1997 they drew with West at Noarlunga and then with Glenelg at Glenelg the next week.

And North and South did indeed draw at Prossy last year.

No offence i think South rarely win anywhere, anytime.  It won't matter whether the game is on tv or not North by over 50 pts

I wouldn't be so sure to all those "experts" who think North will win this and win comfortably. Apart from the rubbish game South played against Sturt - they have been very good otherwise considering everyone (me included!) wrote them off pre-season.

North are off the boil at the moment, injuries have not helped settling the side including the new recruits and even though we showed a clean injury sheet last Friday there is mail out of Prospect that one of our big men is in doubt which will further weaken us. I wouldn't be suprised if South rolled us and if they do then there will need to be some hard questions posed to those in charge at North along with some under preforming highly paid players IMO.

I hope the boys can have a red hot hot dip and put it up to the roosters!
They have more forward options than us,and that could be the difference between the two teams.
I do not think the roosters have been that fantastic thus far,and if south can bring their best game to prospect,we could do well, although we cannot afford to play one crap quater otherwise we will be stuffed!
Archard had better be on the look out! CRUNCH!!!!!

I see Handby is on the injury list with concussion - indefinite. Did he hit his head on the pie warmer by any chance?
