Selfish I know but there's two much bigger games on that weekend with Glenelg v Eagles and Sturt v Centrals for TV coverage!
I don't remember South or Port playing finals last year!
I know this is a new and very exciting season...but give me a break!

Thought the same thing when I read it. It'll get changed.

I wouldn't get my hopes up... The 'romance' of Jack coaching against Port will be too much for most media outlets to pass up.

Maybe Cahill coaching against Port gives the match a certain novelty?

I wish you could get more of your supporters to the ground, it would make for a much better attmosphere, but unfortunatly a large number seem to fall into the "Eagles fans who can't get to the games " catagory, especially when the game is televised, or your up against the Cows.

It's a bit hard for me as I'm at the Underage games and am unable to go to league games.

I forgot...ahhh yes, Jack Cahill...Port Magpies...South Adelaide...Mills and Boon!
I think there's something in that for all of us...don't you?
Hopefully the "New Panthers" are better than the "Old Panthers" for Jack's sake!
Should be an absolute cracker...I'll make sure I program the LG Hard Drive for that!

Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

That would have been a good round then, wouldn't have happened too much around that time.

Often seasons in the 80s would almost be replicas of the previous season in terms of times played an opponent and the rounds they played them in. Glenelg played Central twice in 1986, 1987 and 1988 - in Rounds 6 and 15.

Round 15 1986
Central 0.1 4.5 6.9 8.13 (61)
Glenelg 5.5 5.6 6.12 7.12 (54)
Glenelg, 6427
