Agree 100% smac. My point was that there was no secret about what happened. It's an old news story.

Yep, agree with that - thankfully the footy starts soon, not much longer of the slow, repeatable reporting to go...

Amen to that.

I didnt mention Gerards name , buy hypothetically what if he became unhappy? Or is he runing the show mate ? Thats it get rid of the board then hey , he can pull the strings ? Maybe that is the problem , maybe your board are the muppets ?

You could do worse than having a brilliant business mind and great South Australian running any club

Mick - I thought Bohdan and James ran the club, not Robert Gerard? (I assume your reference to a brilliant business mind and a great Sth Aussie was a plug for Gerard. I guess you may also be inclined to categorise Bohdan and James in that way). Historically North supporters have been inclined to refer to Gerard as a strong supporter more than anything else.

Is it the case that the NAFC facilities (Grand North etc) are jointly operated in that RG gets the drink money and NAFC gets the pokie money?

Typical North supporter, thinks the universe revolves around their club

And remind me again Punky Brewster, it's been at least 2 weeks, which SANFL club do you hate the most?
He's still my hero even if he is a little bit crap.

At least North try to spread the word and put on interstate matches every couple of years for their supporters. Pity the resst of the SANFL (apologies to West) don't do similar).

Way they are travelling around in pre season each year, I think they should head overseas and repay the visit from JTC last year

The Roosters are our closest Neighbour.

The Dogs Wish the club the "VERY BEST" in 2008 and hope to meet once again in the GrandFinal.

Dog_ger and I talk to each other at many Prospect Games, Dog_ger rocks.

Also, there's kind of a diary of our daily exploits in Canberra on the Roost for those interested, nothing interesting today, just lots of booze and tired eyes after getting up at 4am this morning. :(

Certainly not about hating North, but I think if you read my initial comments Locky has agreed. That is all I am saying and yes some could call it chinese whispers , but from Lockys response I think not. Of course not this year but things are not rosy and I sense North will fall as per my previous comment. By the way I dont hate North I like seeing them succeed as per previous threads ( look them up some of you that have previously said I dont )
I am simply relaying a story which could be wrong but I a get the feeling its not.
