According to people in high places at Glenelg, at this stage the game is on Thursday 20th.
But the time and location of these trial games are never set in stone this far out.

If you are confused by that, it doesn't take much to confuse you, SP.
Rightly or wrongly, SANFL matches have been played on Maundy Thursday before.

We don't need any Mickey Mouse preseason cup or these waste of time trial matches. Just add 4 more games to the regular season so that everybody plays each other 3 times.
I can never understand what is the purpose of trial games anyway.

Well if I'm not working that day there'll be a BBQ at my house, walking distance from Thebby and then to the game with dog on lead.
Went last year and was a relaxed day watching footy, which isn't normal. If me ol' dawg wasn't 13 he'd be a-chasin' those damn boids on that there field, an' a runnin' 'em down...but he can't now he's too old.

We don't usually have real dogs on the field. But then there's those people who call themselves dogs come over a couple weeks later for a trial game.

Not sure if this is announced anywhere else on here but North v Norwood trial will be at Max Basheer Reserve Sat 15th March. League 2pm, Res 11.15am.
