I think that in 2007 the ladder DID lie, IMO. I thought that Port deserved to be up* the ladder possibly 2 positions*. They were very unlucky in a few games &, like I have stated before, with a few minor alterations & tweeks this year, they will be right up there*-in fact, I think that they are genuine GF candidates in '08.

The table never lies Cent. North were the 2nd best because they finished 2nd over the season. Just like the Dogs were the best because they finished 1st and West.....well you get the drift.

No, just sitting here at work with Heath Lawry, rather content with myself as I have finally caught up with everything, looking forward to tonight at Footy Park with about 150 other Central supporters, the sun is shining, the birds are tweeting, I'm financially stable & healthy & my floating floors are finally getting laid* on Monday! Besides, North supporters are people too & should be loved & respected, just like everyone else. xxxxxx

Sounds like a good place to be Centurion.

You'll get no arguements from me today either. Getting out on a houseboat cruise up* the Murray tomorrow. Nice and relaxing.

In response to CP's statement, I had the privilege of seeing a few games played by the Redlegs including their loss at the glorious Prospect Oval.

I would rank our demolition of the Mighty Redlegs at Coopers Stadium on a freezing Friday June 22nd., as a more significant performance.

Seasons Greetings! :) :)

I think it was a pretty good point that Sturt were the 2nd best side for the 1st half of the year and Glenelg were for the 2nd half of the year, I think that represents minor round only.
As mentioned North were definately the 2nd best side of the entire year, even in Sturts golden run we beat them easily at Prospect in the first half of the year.
I think the finals played out pretty accurately with Centrals miles in front of North who were pretty comfortably in front of the other three in the end.
There ain't no second prize though.
Well there is, an Anzac Day game! :D
There ain't no third prize though!
