Wouldn't surprise me if Perrie got worse, prevoiusly he had AFL training and matches to help his game as well as a fairly large contract to play for.
With less training and less of a contract to play for he could be terrible.
And the last time he played in front of a small travelling crowd like Glenelg get Hargs kicked 13 goals on him!

North knocked back Torney because of his age.

He was way too young and would have brought the average down.
He's still my hero even if he is a little bit crap.

Pickett to Port, Norths supposed list of ins, Glenelgs pickups, Jack to South, Collins to West , The Powerhouse bulldogs, yep 2008 is looking to be an interesting and exciting year for the comp.
Gotta love the SANFL, bring it on!

Was very happy Perrie didn't line up for North in the finals. He's a very good SANFL player. Will be interesting to see how enthusiastic he is, and how his injuries are going but should be a real focal point for Glenelg.

I wouldn't listen to North fans about Perrie. They were trying to tell me there wasn't room for him in the team because Wundke was so vital to their set up. Then Jars dropped Wundke and played 1 less tall with White already missing. Guess they forgot to tell Jars how vital he was!

there is a slight difference, willits came from interstate (& yes he embraced the club) & sellar has grown up at the bay

Im aware of that, more that if he doesnt pull his finger out he wont get the opportunity next year at league level and may seek another club?

If Sellar shows 3% of the talent some people believe he has, then we won't need a Perrie in our side.
Is 2009 the year of the Tiger?

Seller... One of the most overrated young players i have seen in a while!! Crows are kidding himself if they think he is going to make it! But i think perrie may be better for Glenelg, he is just terrible with pressure, and playing for North the Crows pressure did use to see him cry  .. but he wont have that now, so he may be ok for the bays!!

the problem at the moment with young Sells is that his body is still growing

his hips arent in the correct position which is also causing his groin problems and other injuries in that area

he has asked the crows to change his re-hab and they have agreed to it, so hopefully the change in rehab will help him recover in a more full-proof way.

i wouldnt be giving up on him right now

he may not have had the best of seasons just gone, but he has tons of ability, just has to get his body right first.
