That's harsh JMO.

They only just fell out, it's not as if they got belted. Not exactly making up numbers.

The Blues achieved loads this year - just making the finals alone was huge.

It's a pity that some Blues supporters didn't keep things in perspective earlier in the season, then there wouldn't be this perception of failure that some people have now.

Like SFC or loathe them, from three wins last season to twelve wins this season is certainly a great improvement in anybody's language.

"Clearly the worst team competing in the finals" according to you Jar Man Out? Lost to the Bays by a point. Yes, clearly the worst team in the finals!!

Clearly you have a huge SFC chip on your shoulder given your vitriolic posts on this thread.

Keep trolling. You are truly a brain surgeon.
There is only one team I love as much as the Double Blues, the Double Blues Reserves.......

Hate to say it guys but...

We all know that whether you finish 3rd or 9th, it's all the same, a wasted season. :(

Even finishing 2nd is not great, only consulation is VERY SMALL colours on the chimney. 8)

I think I'd rather finish 3rd than 2nd, personally... less heartache. 8)

I can't be bothered checking the facts, but is it true that Sturt lost the last minor round game it played against the other finallists?

Show a bit more class JMO, the Sturt supporters haven't been over the top at all this year, they've just enjoyed their resurgance while they were exceeding expectations.
Your comments reflect a lot more poorly on yourself than them especially with their timing.
Grow up.

One straight kick with a couple of minutes to go, they would still be there this week, great comeback by the Sturt F/C this year and something they should be proud of

Jar Man Out I wish you and your supporters all the best for your finals games this year.
Congratulations on only having two failures this year, a mighty achievement.
If I were you I'd be concerned that one of the two teams to have beaten you this year is THE team who you play first in the finals.
You haven't played a game for two weeks. How long are your finger nails?
Failure is only the opportunity to begin again more intelligently.

Well champ if you need to keep havin a go so be it - Im actually very proud of the SFC and how there onfield efforts improved this year !!!

We finished 5th by losing by a goal in an elimination final in the last couple of minutes of that game - reflecting on this im actually looking forward to next year already as this time last year i was thinkin that we are in big trouble.

Good luck to Centrals as they are the bench mark of the competition and have been for a while now - but when you win 5 premierships in a row then come back to me and I may be a bit more responsive to you.

What an achievement. BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

reality. a good football club would considered what you achieved this year a failure. deal with it.

5 in a row 40 years ago OUCH. centrals are going for 6 flags out of 8 Gfs in a row right now.

I know what Id prefer champ. : - )
