Not such a bad a looking side I think. We'd definitely give ourselves a chance with that line up. Eckermann I know can be useful on his day, and we have the new lad with the phenomenal last name playing at Center Half Forward, Feast is back in the side.
Once again, if this team takes the battle right up to the Roosters and doesn't lower its colours all day, then we are right in it.
GO YOU BLUES!!!
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

Nope. Not me.

The bye went really well for the dogs last night, no new injuries to report. On to the finals now. Really disappointed in the media coverage though, no RPH, Life FM or ABC TV present at the ground...

We have 2 blokes likely to not play this week due to being AFL emergencys but Im not fussed, we learnt to stop relying on AFL players a year or two back. Im more concerned with losing Wintle and Kaesler than Perrie and Lonie.

North would have to be raging favourites for this game looking at the sides named. If they lose, the Chokers barb will haunt them forever.
Sturt will have to play out of their skins to win it. 3 players making their debuts in such an important game, it will be tough, but I just hope they give it their all. Our midfield will need to lift from last weeks form , North are very good in the centre.
Let's hope it is a close hard fought game whoever gets the Win.

Yeah right, after not being able to beat Glenelg or South in 2004 (teams not even in the five) to get a double chance nor beat Norwood in 2005 (team not even in the five) to get a double chance added to our insipid performances in the 86 and 89 Grand Final its going to be a game against a team above us on the ladder that defines if we have a chokers barb haunt us forever.
WTF?
Are you freaking serious dude?

I hate to think what sort of barb is going to haunt Sturt then if they lose their last 2 matches to teams below them on the ladder when playing for the double chance. :?

Definately!!

Its hardly going to start because we lose to a side that's been in front of us on the ladder for most of the year and kicked our arse last time they played us!

well done north
But it was more than a victory for Greece. It was a stirring example to free people throughout the world of what a few brave men can accomplish once they refuse to submit to tyranny.
