Will his coaching remuneration be counted in their SANFL salary cap?

Edit: Forgot that the 2 AFL franchises are not playing by the same rules as the SANFL clubs in regards to the $360K cap.

Soders just mentioned on Channel 7 News that they believe the Crows Reserves will start their season with a game against North Adelaide at Prospect on Sunday April 6th.

The Crows have recruited five country-based footballers as the first development players for its new SANFL team.

Tyson Davis-Neale (Encounter Bay), Simon Muster (Birdwood), Matthew Thompson (Murray Bridge Ramblers), Matthew Wilson (Yankalilla) and Tom Kluvanek (Uraidla Districts) will train with Adelaide's SANFL group under coach Heath Younie, starting next Wednesday.

There will be about 20 training together during the offseason, on top of the players regular training sessions. It's a good move, the more time spent training at a higher quality standard the better

Muster is presumably the son of former Norwood player Ivan.

Well, now we know at least the initial list of players that 5 SANFL clubs are pimping out to the Crows.

The surprise is that one of them has already had his SANFL league debut! This becomes slightly less surprising once we bear in mind the following additional facts:
• it was only one match
• played for the wooden spooners, and
• he's the son of Dean Bailey.

Quite a few Centrals fans were pretty animated in the whole AFL reserves debate. I'd love to hear some of their thoughts on this.....
