I thought Renouf was better than that but what a shock I got on Thurs night. How did he ever play an AFL game?

Just wanted some confirmation RB. He looked like a complete dud on Thursday night.

Is Redden playing again this year?

Fair enough I guess; he is pretty terrible. In the J. Butcher category.

Butcher at least makes an impact on a contest.

That's why I'm so disappointed with the SANFL in the whole AFL reserves debacle as I genuinely believe there is the interest out there in the SANFL. It was just a matter of doing more to maximise attendances.

I think there would've been plenty of interest around over how the Port side would've looked etc which helped boosts the numbers..

Yeah, was thinking the same thing.

Only speaking for myself of course, I flicked over for a while here and there around other shows, getting the kids settled, etc. More of a curiousity thing rather than anything else, I found it a bit sterile and couldn't really get into it though. I was pretty exhausted too, I must admit.

What were the telly ratings for the game just out of curiousity? (Apologies if I've missed it somewhere.)

Edit:- found it, 55k

According to an email from North today ratings were 72.5k, maxing at 75k

How about when Sam Baulderstone outmarked him in front of the cameras
Renouf did everything but go for the ball
He got a "special" spray for that pathetic effort - Buddha was probably just trying to cheer him up that he's not a spud

Thought Baulderstone had a decent game. Did ok in the ruck but also contributes around the ground and chipped in with a goal.

Did I hear that he shed 40kgs recently.

This is a guy that couldn't make the roosters bench 2 years ago

Think he dropped 40+kg mate between the end of the 2012 season with his local club to last year with us.

Has fantastic foot skills for such a big bloke. Could do with adding more physicality to his game though.
