WOW! The midfield has been great! :D

we are gonna have to agree to disagree i guess. :D

We are winning the clearnaces brilliantly but what are we doing with the clearances, there not kicking into the forward 50 thats for sure.

Where the F*** are our small forwards??

Ty Allen kicks it in long to Chambers Chambers is triple teamed WA spoil and they get it.

I seem to recall Chris and James (in motion) always being at the feet of Schell/Havelberg...
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Ferguson lets his man run free deep into teh forward 50. Luckily Lecras misses. Oh for a decent CHB like McLeay...

the last miss helps SA, but i fear that WA may get over the line with the breeze at their backs in the last 1/4

really should have put more scoreboard pressure on them in the last 1/2 of that 1/4 when we really went into attack consistently but just bombed away unfortunately

Agreed.
Our only two functional forward have been Chambers and White. Alleway virtually non existant but we shouldn't have 3 tall in these conditions. I'm not sure who the 3 or 4 small forward are as they've done virtually nothing.

Midfield were exceptional that quarter too, couldn't ask anymore from that group.

WA go into the last quarter as favs with a 3-4 goal breeze, it'll take a gutsy effort from the boys, fingers crossed!

Backwell 24 possies
Sheedy 23
Allen 17

All had exceptional quarters and have had an exceptional game.

I thought Dabrowski is improving as the game goes on despite having no backup.

CLEAR OUT THE FORWARD 50M and PUT MOUSE or PANOZZ in the goal square

Chambers is always going to be triple teamed

WA with the breeze in the last. SA will have to dig deep.

Considering the inside 50's are even, i think the defence is doing a fairly good job.

WA have the wildcard in Jeff Farmer though.

That's what Sturt supporters say rather frequently.

Also think there's too much congestion up forward, which suggests we're not moving the ball quickly enough.

Good to see White get into the game a bit more that quarter.

It was his first quarter down the end where the breeze was going, you can see why Healy keeps him down that end.

Allen and Evans combine nicely to Alleway.

Alleway misses from a distance.

SA by 9pts.

Allan with a hamstring hence why he's been quiet, doh!
Only 2 on the bench now.

Hell you 2 are quick! I typed "James Allan has a busted hammy." as quick as I could after hearing it and then hit "submit" but was still beaten to the punch.
