The umpiring was a hell of a lot better than the game against your mob (mainly because there was no Rowston or Dey !!) but you hardly even noticed them because the Eagles were playing such free flowing, running football and were the first to the ball. We've got a long way to go !! :?

Dey and Carey appeared to have got dropped - neither umpired league nor reserves this week.
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

Think the umpires refer to that as "Rotation" Bruce, they probably umpired under 17's or 19's.
Trust the process.

Not 100% sure about Tony Dey Brucetiki BUT according to this weeks Budget, Chris Carey did the Glenelg v Sturt blockbuster with my favourite, Mr Rowston (not !!) and Theron Philp (I think)

I forgot to disclose I work for the Advertiser

Ok, my mistake, but Tony Dey definately wasn't named for League or reserves this week.

The Eagles were brilliant on Saturday. Schwarze must stay at full forward - that is his position. Grocke was also terrific at centre half forward. Wright was a very welcome addition and contributed very well. Just hope we can stay switched on and keep up that great form!

Not guilty decision for the reported Centrals player.

Broadbent named this week's Rising Star

That Centrals player was Matthew Slade CD...

Well done to young Broady, he has certainly been impressive in the games I've seen him play, both on the weekend and in a couple of State Under 18's games. Destined for the big league...
